1. Professional Conduct
   • Always maintain a high standard of professionalism, including during presentations, networking events, and social gatherings.
   • Consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation.
   • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, and do not share personal information without prior consent.
   • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior, including without limitation verbal abuse, unwelcome physical contact, and unwelcome sexual advances. Harassment of any kind or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

1. Integrity and Compliance
   • Conduct business with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
   • Follow all applicable laws and regulations during Insights, including those related to business conduct, antitrust, and fair competition.

Reporting and consequences of inappropriate behavior:

Participants who violate the Policy may be subject to consequences, at Accruent’s sole discretion, including without limitation immediate removal from Insights without a refund of any registration or other fees.

If you are subjected to inappropriate behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify an event organizer as soon as possible.
